There are many foreign items that can cause harm to people, animals and the environment if allowed to enter a country. Government agencies have had with the mandate of the rules and regulations regarding the types of elements that can enter and leave the country. Many transport companies a list of articles that are not acceptable for shipment to comply with the regulations of the airlines, Customs, and Agriculture and other government agencies.
